As Vice President of Litigation and Deputy General Counsel, Claire Groen is responsible for managing Amway's global litigation, corporate governance and employment law compliance. Claire previously served as Amway's Vice President - Global Compensation and Benefits in the Human Resources Division. Prior to joining Amway, Claire was a partner at Foster, Swift, Collins & Smith.
