La’Kita Williams is the Founder and Principal Strategist of CoCreate Work, a future-focused coaching and consulting company. She is a professional coach with a Masters in Social Work, focused on business and organizations. She developed the 5 Components of Inclusive Culture, to provide a step-by-step framework for organizations, small businesses, and emerging companies to build inclusive and responsive workplaces. CoCreate Work helps clients build and retain high performing teams and build human-centered workplaces of the future.

La’Kita teaches at the University of Washington and has written for Harvard Business Review. She lives in Seattle.
