Al-Sahwa is reporting that a mediation team headed up Shaykh Faris Mina’a is currently in the western district of Ghamr attempting to negotiate a settlement. The team is at Shaykh Ali Dhafir’s house and is using the phone there to contact al-Huthi leaders in an attempt to defuse the situation that led to the deaths of three soldiers and seven al-Huthi supporters.The odds for success do not look good.The article also has a great map of the Sa’dah governorate.
