David V. Day is an industrial–organizational psychologist whose work centers on leadership and leadership development. Over the course of his academic career, he has held faculty appointments at Louisiana State University, Penn State, Singapore Management University, and the University of Western Australia Business School, where he served in a chaired position in leadership. He is currently on the faculty at Claremont McKenna College.
