Lindsay Beyerstein is an award-winning investigative journalist in Brooklyn, NY.

Her reporting has appeared in Newsweek, Salon, Slate, The New York Press, In These Times, AlterNet, and other publications. She was the recipient of a 2009 Project Censored Award. She covers the labor movement for In These Times. In 2008, she covered the presidential race for firedoglake.

Lindsay's photojournalism has appeared in TIME, The Wall Street Journal, Salon, The Austin American Statesman, and on PBS.

Lindsay speaks regularly on journalism, blogging, and media. She has presented at MIT, The Center for American Progress, The Royal Society, BlogHer, and Netroots Nation. She has been a guest on CNN and GritTV.

She writes Morning Coffee, a daily international news bulletin produced by the UN Foundation's UN Dispatch blog.
